COVID-19 Preparedness

WE'RE OPEN!!!

Queenstown is currently in Alert Level 2 from midday on Wednesday 12th August to midnight on Friday 14th August, which means we are still open and operating but following the health & safety guidelines laid out by the Ministry of Health which includes masks worn on tour, additional contact tracing and questions to establish your health and increased sanitization of our operating areas.

We've done this before and whilst hopefully only temporary, please read the below and refer to our FAQs for more information in relation to this.   If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us below.

Our tours will align with Skyline gondola operating hours which is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, commencing on Tuesday 21st July.  Please be aware that the date Skyline may close for a day, could change in the future but should your future reservation end up on a future gondola closed date then we will endeavour to reschedule you in the first instance, or provide a full refund.

Due to the reduced capacity, our shop hours will be slightly reduced too.  If you wish to contact our amazing Guest Services team, they are working  weekdays 9am to 5pm and weekends 10am to 6pm but are closed on Tuesday from 21st July, so will not be answering phones or emails on this day.   Alternatively, our Zippy chatbot is available 24/7 and may be able to help otherwise they will respond on the next business day.
